The home builder course is 90 calendar days.

There is a mixture of both in-person and virtual classes. Each in-person session will last approximately 4-5 hours in which all materials and sections for the week will be covered. Additional virtual sessions will be facilitated to reinforce and discuss homework or research assignments.

Some classes will be set up as onsite learning. TBC has several projects in progress at all times and it will be encouraged for all students to participate in the hands-on learning within the building sites at various times throughout the 90 days.

Yes, there are some customized payment options available, however, all payments must be made in full before the start date of the scheduled class.
